What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must hold a current New Zealand Manager's Certificate and have proven experience within restaurants, hospitality venues and/or event centres.
You'll also bring:
- Strong leadership and team supervision experience
- Confidence managing busy food and beverage services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to lead from the front and support your team during busy periods
- Experience handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- A good understanding of host responsibility and New Zealand liquor licensing requirements
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A professional, positive and reliable approach
- The ability to remain calm and make good decisions under pressure
Experience managing functions, weddings, conferences, corporate events or high-volume restaurant service will be highly regarded.
