About The Role:

We’re looking for hard-working, high achievers with can-do attitudes to join our team as a Bike Builder for our busy summer season.

• Hands On Bike Building - Take a hands-on role focusing on completing highly efficient, quality, and safe bike builds to get riders out on the road.
• No Bike Expertise Required! A solid mechanical aptitude is a great foundation. We provide complete, hands-on on-the-job training and support to help you succeed.

About You:

• Solid proven achievements. These can be demonstrated in personal goals, sporting or through study and work. We value a successful track record and drive
• A past history demonstrating commitment, reliability, continual improvement and learning.
• Good communication skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining good relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude - we will provide on the job training
• Some mechanical experience in a related field is desirable and experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued.
