About the Role:
As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently — a crucial part of our aftersales experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
- Tracking claim status and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining warranty records and documentation

- Experience in a similar warranty admin or automotive role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in this position
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
