What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your discipline and experience, you’ll:

  • Deliver high-quality engineering solutions in your field

  • Work collaboratively across regional and national teams

  • Contribute to design, site investigations and project delivery

  • Prepare technical documentation and support construction monitoring

  • Manage project timelines, budgets and risks

  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development

  • Champion health, safety and wellbeing

About You

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (Washington Accord preferred)

  • Ideally, a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Geotechnical, Bridge, Water or Transportation engineering (we have roles across various levels)

  • Background in consulting environments

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A collaborative, proactive and client-focused mindset

  • Full driver’s licence
