Für unser Team im Rechnungswesen in der Holding am Standort Lübeck suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Teamleitung (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist unbefristet in Vollzeit (38 h) zu besetzen.
Aufgaben
Hauptaufgaben sind sowohl die Übernahme der Verantwortung für eines unserer Rechnungswesen Teams als auch die Mitwirkung im Tagesgeschäft. Dies bedeutet im Einzelnen:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Ihres Teams
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Abläufe im Rechnungswesen
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-, Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
- Verantwortung für ein strukturiertes Reporting an die Bereichsleitung
- Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
- Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Umsatzsteuer)
- Mitgestaltung und Optimierung digitaler Prozesse und Systeme
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen (FiBu, Debitoren/Kreditoren)
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Freude an Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Systemen (z. B. DATEV von Vorteil)
