Head of Finance (CFO)
Our client has established its presence in the Commodity Trading industry for 20 years in Singapore, currently located in the heart of the CBD area, currently seeks a Head of Finance to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Senior Management, the incumbent will be managing the finance team in Singapore and China, with a team of up to 20 staffs. He / She will be responsible to manage the day-to-day finance operations (management & financial reporting), and involve in the strategic finance planning (budgeting, forecasting, risk management, business partnering, etc). Additionally, he / she will need to establish & develop relationships with senior business stakeholders, external partners, and the executive management team.

Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or ACCA equivalent in a reputable university
- Post-grad qualifications such as CA, CPA, and Masters would be advantageous
- At least 10 years working experience in the Financial Institution / Commodity Trading industry, with 4 years of audit experience preferably in a Big4 Audit Firm
- Min 4 years working experience in leading / managing a team of at least 5 staffs
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate communication and collaboration with Chinese counterparties and business partners who are based in China.
