Property Executive / Officer (MCST)
Supports daily property operations by coordinating maintenance works, managing contractors, and attending to residents’ or tenants’ feedback to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects/issues
- Attend to residents’ feedback, complaints, and enquiries
- Support preparation of reports, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements
- Diploma in Property / Facilities Management or equivalent
- 1–3 years relevant experience
- Good coordination and communication skills
