Senior Relationship Development Manager (Offshore)

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to take a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver bespoke financial solutions. You'll need to stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to your clients.
What you do
-Responsible for the acquisition of New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) customers for Premier Private Client (Offshore segment).
-Cross sell the OCBC Premier Private Client Banking value proposition to the target client segment.
-Build and independently maintain effective customer acquisition sources.
-Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the Bank's internal stakeholders and external partners to drive quality acquisitions.
-Develop and foster strategic tie ups with potential referral partners.
-Actively engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects.
-Ability to convert leads into sales.
-Perform customer onboarding via face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding.
-Meet the compliance and control standards set in the end to end onboarding process.
-Conduct all required KYC, AML procedures and documentations.
-Deliver best in class customer service to all internal and external customers
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in private banking or wealth management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work with high net worth clients
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and credit solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders
