The role
Reporting to the GM National Sales, you’ll join our knowledgeable and experienced team and be supported by great training and shared expertise across the business. Working with the Sales teams, you’ll be responsible for providing support to our internal and external customers, to ensure that our products and/or technology are the correct solutions for their individual needs. You’ll also ensure that the sales and aftermarket sales teams are trained on our Technology products and services, which include Motive Power (turnkey smart battery and charger technology), InfoLink (a data collection analytics hardware/software product) and Automation and Emerging Technologies.
This is a fulltime, permanent role, based in our Support Office in East Tamaki in Auckland. Travel will be required for this role.
Requirements
About you
To find success in this role, you’ll be customer-centric and bring a positive solutions-focused attitude and strong communication skills. An Engineering or Information Technology or similar relevant qualification is a must, together with great time management skills. Whilst experience in the industrial service, manufacturing or technology sectors would be advantageous, it’s not absolutely essential, as we’re looking for someone who is an agile learner. You will need to be a team player and have great customer service/relationship skills when it comes to dealing with your internal and external stakeholders.
A full Class 1 drivers license is required.
