Aufgrund anstehender Pensionierungen suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Außendienstmitarbeiter:in für das Tiroler Unterland. Werde Teil eines starken Teams und betreue deine Kund:innen direkt in deiner Region!
- Kundenaufbau & -bindung: Mit deinem Firmen-PKW bist du in deiner Region (Tiroler Unterland) unterwegs und agierst als direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kund:innen. Dein Job: Bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen pflegen und aktiv neue Kund:innen gewinnen.
- Verantwortung: Du kennst die Branche und weißt, worauf es ankommt. Als erste Ansprechperson stehst du deinen Kund:innen bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte und Lösungen zur Seite.
- Teamwork & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst, unseren Ausstellungen und Abholmärkten zusammen und berichtest direkt an deinen Vertriebsleiter.
- Organisation & Präsenz: Von der Planung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen bis hin zu administrativen Aufgaben im Büro – du bist engagiert, zuverlässig und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.
- Erfahrung: Du bist ein erfahrener Vertriebsprofi im Außendienst und kennst die HKLS-Branche oder den Großhandel – insbesondere in den Bereichen Sanitär, Installation, Heizung und Erneuerbare Energien.
- Partnerschaft: Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau echter Partnerschaften mit deinen Kunden und engagierst dich aktiv in der Neukundengewinnung.
- Professionalität: Dein professionelles und gewinnendes Auftreten sowie deine Hands-on-Mentalität sind deine Stärken.
- Einarbeitung: Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitungszeit übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich dein Gebiet.

- Attraktive Vergütung: Wir bieten dir ein attraktives Gehaltspaket, inklusive eines Jahresbruttogehalts laut Kollektivvertrag im Handel von 47.000 EUR, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
