Hse Supervisor
- n. 1 risorsa per attività di supervisione in campo presso i Siti operativi di (Ancarano, Ascoli e Roccabianca). Principali responsabilità: - Monitoraggio di tutte le attività da svolgere, incluso operazioni in condizioni di Permit To Work.
- Collaborazione con il personale HSE del sito.
- Predisposizione dei Permessi di Lavoro verificando preliminarmente gli effettivi spazi di lavoro e le condizioni di lavoro.
- Verifica che le attività in corso (per le quali si ritenga necessario) abbiano Obbligatorio Permit To Work, autorizzando l'esecuzione dei lavori.
- Osservare il DVR e verificare che le relative misure di mitigazione del rischio HSE siano correttamente attuate.
- Controllare che le copie di tutti i permessi rilasciati siano esposte in un'area presidiata in modo permanente e che una copia specifica sia disponibile e visibile in ogni singola area di lavoro specifica in cui si applica.
- Monitoraggio quotidiano dell'implementazione della procedura Permit To Work di cantiere in tutte le aree di lavoro.
- Monitoraggio del rischio specifico associato alle attività e delle relative azioni preventive e protettive riportate in uno o più Permit To Work assegnati.
- Controllo delle aree di lavoro, segnalando eventuali atti e/o condizioni non sicure.
- Intervento in caso di violazione delle disposizioni HSE, sui lavoratori e sui team leader di eventuali appaltatori/subappaltatori, informando il proprio superiore/referente (Stop Work Authority Enforcement).
- Applicazione e promozione della Stop Work Authority nelle attività quotidiane. Requisiti: - Laurea/Diploma tecnico
- Conoscenze e competenze in Sistemi di Gestione Qualità e HSE (Sviluppo e Implementazione), Analisi e Valutazione della Conformità alla Legge, Valutazione del Rischio.
- Residenza nei luoghi di lavoro o zone limitrofe Modalità di lavoro:
Dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 08:00 alle 17:00.
Tre settimane al mese in presenza sui vari siti (con rientro nel weekend) per attività di supervisione in campo presso i siti operativi (per verifica luoghi di lavoro, ad es.: housekeeping, coibentazioni superfici calde/fredde, protezione organi in movimento, lay-out, interferenze pedoni-mezzi mobili, cartellonistica, stato opere provvisionali, ecc., attività svolte da personale diretto nell'ambito delle proprie mansioni e lavori svolti da personale terzo in regime di Titolo I art. 26 del D.lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i.) ed una settimana da remoto.
