- Einarbeitung, Motivation und Weiterbildung des Front Office Teams
- Dienstplangestaltung
- Organisation und Durchführung samtlicher Aufgaben im Front Office
- Herzlicher und professioneller Empfang der Gäste
- Zuvorkommende Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste von Check-in bis Check-out
- Detaillierte Auskunft über unser Haus, die Zimmer und deren Einrichtungen
- Rechnungskontrolle und Rechnungslegung
- Anreisekontrolle
- Einbringung zur Optimierung der Prozesse
- Beschwerdemanagement
- Conciergedienste (Aussprache von Empfehlungen, Reservierungen von Transfere, Skischule etc.)
- Betreuung unserer jAPP
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Direktionsassistent
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Positive und gewinnende Ausstrahlung
- Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Belastbar, stressresistent und flexibel
