Im Auftrag unseres langjährigen Mandanten – eines etablierten Klinikstandorts in Ostösterreich – suchen wir eine ärztliche Führungspersönlichkeit für die urologische Abteilung. Bedingt durch die strategische Ausrichtung wird die Urologie schrittweise ausgebaut und schrittweise zu einem eigenständigen Primariat entwickelt. Sie gestalten damit von einer gut etablierten Fachschwerpunktleitung von der ersten Stunde an in der Konzeption mit.
Ein mehrjähriger, ab 2028/2029 startender und abgesicherter Wachstumspfad sorgt für Planungssicherheit in der Umsetzung.
- Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines mehrköpfigen, eingespielten UrologieTeams
- Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit aktuell rund 800 Operationen/Jahr entlang eines klar definierten Wachstumspfads
- Aufbau und Etablierung der Robotik im Zuge der strategischen Erweiterung
- Gestaltung operativer Perspektiven im uroonkologischen Bereich – selbst weiter operieren und/oder das Team gezielt in diese Richtung entwickeln
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der künftigen Ausrichtung hin zum Primariat
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Repräsentation der Abteilung nach innen und außen
- Facharzt/Fachärztin für Urologie (ius practicandi in Österreich bzw. Anerkennungsfähigkeit), bringen optional erste Führungserfahrung mit bzw. sehen sich in einer zukünftigen Führungsrolle.
- Ausgeprägter Führungswille und strategisches Denken
- Freude daran, eine Abteilung in eine neue Zukunft zu führen und aktiv auszubauen
- Interesse an der Etablierung roboterassistierter und uroonkologischer Verfahren von Vorteil
- Eine Führungsposition mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum – die Chance, ein Primariat selbst zu formen
- Beste strukturelle Unterstützung beim Auf- und Ausbau der Abteilung
- In der Fachschwerpunktleitung keine Nachtdienste und Dienstzeiten von Montag bis Freitag. Ab 32 Wochenstunden bis hin zu Vollzeit möglich.
- Etablierung modernster Robotik entlang eines mehrjährigen Wachstumspfads
- Klare Zukunftsperspektive und langfristige Planungssicherheit (Wachstumspfad ab 2028)

- Je nach Erfahrungshintergrund werden mindestens in Stufe 8 ein Grundgehalt Vollzeit von € 166.462 Brutto/Jahr gezahlt. Hinzu kommen noch attraktive höhere Sonderklassegelder und weitere Vergütungen.
