- Assurer la préparation et la surveillance des séances de dialyse pour chaque patient
- Collaborer avec l'équipe médicale pour adapter les traitements aux besoins spécifiques des patients
- Informer et rassurer les patients et leurs familles tout au long du processus de soin
- Maintenir et actualiser les dossiers médicaux pour garantir un suivi rigoureux et précis
- Participer activement aux formations continues pour améliorer les pratiques et les connaissances en soins de dialyse
