We are seeking multiple Qualified Electricians and Electrical Supervisors to join a busy team delivering critical infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and HVAC projects across Queenstown.

Electrician Role Description
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting across electrical and control systems
• Working on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and HVAC projects
• Installing and maintaining switchboards, lighting, power distribution, motors, and controls
• Supporting HVAC, automation, and building services systems
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Electrical Supervisor – Commercial, Industrial & HVAC
Ready to step up and lead?
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead teams across a range of electrical, mechanical services, and HVAC projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate crews, manage performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise electrical teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity
• Coordinate daily site activities and manage subcontractor performance
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial, industrial, and HVAC systems
• Support fault-finding and troubleshooting on complex electrical and control systems
• Assist Project and Contract Managers with contracts, claims, and project documentation
• Support the preparation and management of monthly progress claims
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Plan and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and delivery targets
• Mentor, train, and develop team members
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with Zero Harm principles
• Ensure compliance with all New Zealand electrical, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
• Current EWRB registration and practising licence
• Experience across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or HVAC environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to health and safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• For Supervisor roles, proven experience leading teams and delivering successful projects
