
Supplier Quality Coordinator
About the role
We're looking for a Supplier Quality Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is at the heart of our supplier quality programme, ensuring suppliers, ingredients, packaging, and compliance documentation meet our food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Working across Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and external suppliers, you'll play a key role in maintaining supplier approvals, managing quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that help keep our business audit-ready and compliant.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
- Reviewing and maintaining supplier compliance documentation.
- Managing approved supplier records and quality databases.
- Maintaining ingredient and packaging compliance libraries.
- Supporting supplier performance monitoring and reporting.
- Tracking supplier quality issues, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Ensuring supplier records remain accurate, current, and audit-ready.
- Working closely with stakeholders to support quality and food safety objectives.
What you'll bring
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence working across teams and building relationships.
- Experience in administration, quality, compliance, food manufacturing, dairy, FMCG, or a regulated environment.
