Where You'll Make an Impact
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage PPC campaigns.
You'll become a strategic partner to your clients, helping them understand how Paid Search fits into their wider commercial objectives while uncovering new opportunities for sustainable growth.
Working alongside our Paid Social and Creative teams, you'll influence campaign strategy, drive performance and turn Paid Search insights into meaningful business recommendations that help clients make smarter marketing decisions.

What Your Day Might Look Like
• Taking end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube campaigns.
• Developing Paid Search strategies, optimisation roadmaps and structured testing plans.
• Planning, building and launching best-in-class PPC campaigns aligned to wider paid media strategies.
• Monitoring budgets, ROI and campaign performance while proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Quickly identifying and resolving performance issues to maximise campaign success.
• Producing insightful reports that translate campaign data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Building strong client relationships through regular communication, strategy calls and meetings.
• Working closely with our Paid Social and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Managing multiple client priorities within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Staying ahead of industry developments, platform updates and emerging Paid Search technologies.
About You
You'll probably be someone who genuinely enjoys Paid Search.
Not just optimising campaigns, but understanding businesses, solving commercial challenges and helping clients grow.
You'll likely bring:
• 6+ years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.
• Advanced Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Scripts and Google Ads Editor.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and Search Console.
• Excellent commercial awareness with a clear understanding of how Paid Search contributes to wider business success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify, product feed optimisation, Klaviyo or CRM audience segmentation would be advantageous.
• Agency experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.
