REQUIREMENTS

- Strong English (required) â the key language for communication and storytelling; we edit increasingly vlog-style content where English fluency directly shapes the edit. Spanish is a plus, not required.
- Expert-level proficiency in CapCut â experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued; must work on macOS (demonstrates commitment to professional-grade workflow and quality standards)
- Can identify viral moments and execute polished, well-paced edits with strong hooks, clean captions, and purposeful text
- Demonstrates creative ownership and aesthetic vision, plus openness to feedback and direction
