Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a large-scale Microsoft ecosystem, driving continuous improvement across business processes, ERP capabilities, integrations, data platforms, and reporting solutions.Working closely with business leaders and technical teams, you will provide functional leadership and product ownership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and connected technologies, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and support strategic objectives.

- Act as the subject matter expert for how business processes are enabled through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and connected solutions across Parts, Wholegoods, Supply Chain Management, Service, Warranty, Retail, and Finance.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives, Microsoft release cycles, enterprise architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, analyse, and prioritise opportunities for process and system enhancements, defining business benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and drive alignment across business units.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring requirements, priorities, and business processes remain current and documented.
- Assess the end-to-end impact of changes across ERP platforms, downstream applications, integrations, reporting solutions, and support processes.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across ERP, integrations, reporting, and custom applications.
- Provide product ownership and functional leadership across Dynamics 365, Azure services, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, SQL-based solutions, and API integrations.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or ERP Product Specialist within a complex enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of wholesale, distribution, supply chain, service, warranty, retail, and finance business processes.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platforms and their functional capabilities.
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, OData, data entities, and downstream system dependencies.
- Proven expertise in business process mapping, requirements analysis, and functional solution design.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess business value, delivery implications, risks, and priority trade-offs.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and impact assessment
