Finance & HR Manager
Prepare full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting,Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Prepare in year end statutory audit and prepare audited reports
Prepare Financial Year End AGM Report
Liaise with banks and authorities
Submission of claims for Government Grants
Handle ad-hoc projects
Prepare Monthly Payroll and CPF Submission
Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers
Prepare and Issue relevant letters to staff e.g. letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, etc
Candidate must possess Diploma/ITE in Finance/Accountancy/Human Resource or equivalent.
At least 3 years in assisting partial Accounting Experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
Prefer experience in MYOB
Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
Well updated on IRAS & MOM guidelines
Well informed on government grants
