Social Media Content Creator (m/w/d)
Wir sind eine dynamische Online-Marketing-Agentur und helfen namhaften Marken dabei, auf TikTok, Instagram und YouTube Shorts organisch und durch Paid Social zu wachsen. Aufgaben
- Content Creation: Konzeption, Dreh und Schnitt von hochperformanten Video-Inhalten (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) für unsere Kunden und eigene Kanäle. Erstellung von Karussell-Posts, Grafiken und fesselnden Texten (Copywriting)
- Redaktionsplanung: Erstellung und Pflege crossmedialer Redaktionspläne für verschiedene Kunden (B2C und B2B).
- Trend Scouting: Aktives Beobachten von Social-Media-Trends, Audios und Memes, um diese blitzschnell für unsere Kunden zu adaptieren.
- Community Management & Interaktion: Begleitung der Beiträge, Reagieren auf Kommentare und aktives Mitgestalten der Community-Kultur.
- Performance-Analyse: Auswertung der Content-Performance in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance-Team, um datenbasierte Learnings abzuleiten.
- Kundenkontakt: Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden bzgl. der Content-Wünsche, Tone-of-Voice und Freigaben.
- Kampagnen-Begleitung: Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Social-Media-Kampagnen und Werbeanzeigen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren in der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder für Creator/Marken.
- Tool-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone-Kameras sowie gängigen Schnittprogrammen (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DaVinci, InShot, Canva etc.).
- Mindset: Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Trendgespür, Humor und absolut keine Scheu vor der Kamera zu stehen (User-Generated-Content-Ansatz).
- Sprache: Exzellentes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
- Organisationstalent: Strukturiert, zuverlässig und in der Lage, mehrere Kundenprojekte gleichzeitig souverän zu managen.
