About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team at Charlotte Tilbury. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent across our global corporate business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Support.

As a true brand ambassador, you’ll play a key role in helping shape our recruitment strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the magic of Charlotte Tilbury. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs, build robust talent pipelines, and source future ready talent to support our continued global growth. You’ll also own, drive, and deliver key global Talent Acquisition projects, contributing to the evolution of our recruitment capabilities and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of Corporate roles across multiple levels of seniority
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on current market trends
  • Operate as a strategic partner to our global business
  • Own, drive and deliver on key global Talent Acquisition projects
  • Partnering with executive leadership to enhance recruitment strategies and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating and support wider recruitment team to drive alignment and shared success
  • Delivering Hiring Manager capabilities across the business
  • Own regular reporting efforts to Senior Leadership within these areas
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines to support future growth
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Partner closely with the wider People Team (Reward, People Partnering and People Services)
  • Utilising a creative, yet commercial mix of sourcing methods (internal candidate referrals, applicable social media platforms, online CV searches and direct headhunting) to develop a talent pipeline

About you

  • Proven experience recruiting across corporate/creative functions in a fast-paced, scaling business
  • Previous experience with working with Senior Stakeholders
  • Proven impact and influence skills and track record of successfully engaging with hiring managers to deliver the recruitment priorities
  • A true communicator and collaborator at heart
  • Flexible and adaptable style, who can easily recruit across different functions at different levels
  • The successful candidate will need to have interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal and external stake holders
  • Solution focused, always looking at how we can improve better ways of working
