Zakres obowiązków
- Zarządzanie oraz rozwijanie portfela klientów
- Wsparcie klientów w korzystaniu z platformy oraz prowadzenie procesu onboardingu
- Szkolenie użytkowników, monitorowanie wdrożenia oraz poziomu wykorzystania produktu
- Zwiększanie retencji klientów, zaangażowania oraz Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Obsługa zgłoszeń klientów, zbieranie feedbacku oraz działania związane ze wsparciem posprzedażowym
- Aktualizacja danych w CRM, raportowanie oraz współpraca z działami Sales i Marketing
- Aktywny udział w doskonaleniu procesów oraz poprawie doświadczeń klientów (Customer Experience)

- Realizują minimum 5 rozmów dziennie, trwających ponad 5 minut
- Utrzymują wysoki poziom zaangażowania klientów
- Aktywnie przyczyniają się do retencji klientów oraz wzrostu przychodów
- Identyfikują możliwości rozwoju współpracy i zwiększania lojalności klientów w zarządzanym portfelu
- Doświadczenie w obszarze Customer Success lub Account Management
- Silna orientacja na klienta i budowanie relacji
- Doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne i komunikacyjne
- Znajomość systemów CRM oraz narzędzi cyfrowych
- Język polski na poziomie ojczystym lub biegłym
- Doświadczenie w branży nieruchomości będzie dodatkowym atutem
