In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it's in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you'll do:** **Position Summary** The Marketing & Business Intelligence Specialist plays a key role in supporting APAC Aerospace's growth strategy through the execution of regional marketing initiatives, generation of market intelligence, and coordination of strategic business projects. Working closely with Sales, Corporate Communications, and Global functional teams, this position drives customer engagement, delivers actionable business insights, supports strategic planning processes, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to enhance business performance and sustainable growth across the APAC region. **Essential Responsibilities** **Marketing & Communications** + Develop and execute regional marketing programs aligned with APAC business objectives. + Execute customer engagement activities, industry exhibitions, trade shows, technical seminars/ Forum, and marketing campaigns. + Create customer-facing presentations, executive briefings, marketing materials, and communication content. + Support customer success stories, press releases, digital marketing content, and social media activities. + Partner with Corporate Communications and Global Marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. + Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes. **Business Intelligence & Market Analytics** + Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and commercial risks. + Deliver market intelligence, business insights, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and regional growth initiatives. + Support annual Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and leadership reporting requirements. + Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across APAC in partnership with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Global teams. + Facilitate alignment of regional priorities, business objectives, and global resources to support sustainable growth **Qualifications:** **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Aviation, or a related discipline. **Experience** + 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Market Intelligence, Sales Operations, or related functions. + Experience working within Aerospace, Aviation, Industrial, Manufacturing, or B2B environments is preferred. + Experience supporting regional or multinational business operations is highly desirable. **Technical Skills** + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Experience with Power Query, Power BI, business reporting, and data visualization tools preferred. + Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities. + Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations. **Leadership Competencies** + Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. + Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. + Strong project management capability + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization. + Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and execution excellence. + Ability to work independently while effectively influencing stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
