Help Build the Future of Workforce Learning

Learnosity powers digital assessment and learning experiences for more than 40 million learners worldwide.

Now we're expanding into workforce learning.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in launching Learnosity Workforce (LWF), a new platform designed to help organisations build, deliver, and measure workforce learning experiences. You'll work across both our established Build platform and our emerging Workforce platform, helping shape products that create value for customers today while defining what's next.

This isn't a maintenance role.

You'll help deliver the platform capabilities that underpin the successful launch and growth of Learnosity Workforce, while leveraging the scale, maturity, and reach of Learnosity's core platform.

You'll work across multiple product domains, influence strategic decisions, and help create products used by organisations around the world.

Quick Facts

• Hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week in our Dublin office)

• Reports to: VP Product, Australia 
• Regular collaboration with colleagues in multiple time zones in Australia and North America

What You'll Achieve In Your First 12 Months

• Deliver key capabilities required for the successful launch and adoption of Learnosity Workforce.
• Shape product experiences that serve both workforce customers and developer audiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to bring new features from discovery through delivery.
• Establish strong customer feedback loops and use product insights to influence roadmap decisions.
• Help define how AI-powered product development practices are adopted across Product teams.
• Build trusted relationships across Build, Workforce, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.

A Typical Week Might Include

• Working with engineers and designers to refine upcoming platform capabilities.
• Reviewing customer feedback, usage data, and product performance metrics.
• Collaborating with Product leaders across Build and Workforce on roadmap priorities.
• Presenting feature updates and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Using AI tools to accelerate discovery, planning, and product delivery activities.
• Conducting customer discovery interviews to understand workforce learning challenges.

You'll Work With

• Public APIs and developer platforms
• Product discovery and customer research methodologies
• AI-assisted product development workflows
• Cross-functional Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams
• Platform products serving both technical and non-technical users

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 3+ years of Product Management experience or similar product-focused experience.
• Experience working with APIs, platform products, or developer-focused products.
• Strong product judgement and ability to balance customer, business, and technical priorities.
• Technical literacy and understanding of modern web applications.
• Experience working with mature software products operating at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong AI literacy and enthusiasm for AI-enabled ways of working.

Nice To Have

• Experience in EdTech, workforce learning, or learning and development.
• Experience building products for technical audiences.
• Accessibility experience or a passion for inclusive product design.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments.
