This role is all about using People data, performance metrics, and smart statistical tools to understand what makes our people tick, spot key trends, and give us the insights we need to make Monzo an even better place to work and how we can drive performance. You'll be the one helping us move from 'gut feeling' to objective, data-backed decisions across the business.</p> <p><strong>🔑You’ll play a key role by...</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Performance Metrics Development:</strong> Define, track, and analyze the key numbers (our KPIs) that tell us how we're doing.</li> <li><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Modeling:</strong> Dive into mountains of data (structured and unstructured) to find the patterns and trends that matter.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Dashboards:</strong> Build and maintain real-time dashboards (using Google Sheets and Looker) so our senior leaders and managers know exactly what’s going on.</li> <li><strong>Actionable Insights &amp; Recommendations:</strong> Don't just report the numbers—tell the story! You’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that shape our strategy for engagement, talent, performance, culture, hiring, training, and growing our people.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Be on the lookout for things that are clunky or slow. You’ll suggest and implement data-driven solutions to make our processes run smoother and faster.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work hand-in-hand with our People teams and stakeholders across Monzo.
