At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:
- Provide friendly face to face service to help customers with their banking needs
- Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, would be beneficial
- Have a natural attention to detail with proven numerical, administration and technical skills
- Support customers with transactions, account queries and digital banking guidance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (08.30-17.00) total 40 per week
