Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate commercial espresso machines confidently
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
- Assist with food service and general Front of House duties
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous Barista experience in a café or hospitality environment
- Confident operating commercial espresso coffee machines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Ability to work efficiently in busy environments
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability
- Food safety knowledge is an advantage
