We’re looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join thl Digital and contribute to high-quality software that supports our people, customers and partners.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on developer with solid C# experience who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others and continuing to grow their technical capability in a supportive Agile environment.

The role:
As an Intermediate Full Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with senior developers, architects, product owners, DevOps and wider tech teams to design, build, support and improve thl digital’s online platforms, e-commerce applications and web services.

What you’ll be doing:

Contributing to the development of thl digital’s online products and services.
Writing, testing and maintaining quality software across a range of languages and frameworks.
Collaborating with developers, architects and product teams to deliver practical software solutions.
Supporting continuous integration, delivery improvements and software development best practice.
Providing technical support for existing websites, e-commerce applications and web services.
Monitoring development progress, escalating risks and keeping stakeholders informed.
Participating in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions and WIP meetings.
Building strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party software suppliers.


About you:
You’ll be a collaborative, curious and solutions-focused developer who enjoys hands-on coding and is keen to keep learning. You’ll bring a practical approach, good communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years’ hands-on experience developing web and service applications using C#.
Good knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC and C#.
Familiarity with API development and object-oriented programming.
A basic understanding of front-end technologies such as React.
Practical experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical details clearly.
Experience with .NET Core, AWS and NoSQL databases would be advantageous.
