We're looking for an experienced Salesforce marketing
specialist to lead the development and optimisation of UDC's customer lifecycle
marketing capability.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our
next-generation Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360
and Marketing Intelligence, helping us deliver more personalised customer
experiences, improve marketing performance and unlock greater value from our
first-party data.
Working across Marketing, Customer Experience, Data and
Technology, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to build
audiences, create automated journeys, drive lifecycle programmes, improve customer
retention and marketing measurement.
Key responsibilities:
- Own
and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Data 360 and Marketing
Intelligence. - Design,
build and optimise customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition,
onboarding, retention, cross-sell and reactivation. - Develop
audience segmentation and personalisation strategies using first-party
customer data. - Use
data and insights to improve customer engagement, conversion and
retention. - Partner
with digital media teams to improve audience targeting, attribution and
campaign performance. - Develop
reporting and dashboards that connect marketing activity to business
outcomes. - Maintain
platform governance, data quality, privacy and compliance standards. - Act
as UDC's Salesforce marketing subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
What we're looking for:
- 5+
years' experience in marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle marketing or
marketing technology. - Strong
hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Experience
developing and optimising automated customer journeys and lifecycle
programmes. - Strong
understanding of segmentation, personalisation and data-driven marketing. - Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills. - A
proactive and commercially minded approach to problem solving.
