We are seeking a Systems Developer to support the development, administration, maintenance, and improvement of our Noggin platform and related Health, Safety, Environmental Protection, Quality Assurance (HSEPQA), Risk, and Compliance systems.

In this role, you will work with the HSEPQA Systems Manager to develop skills in enterprise systems, reporting, compliance, user support, and continuous improvement. You will support system administration and operations to enhance our HSEPQA systems.

The Role

You will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Te Aratika's Noggin platform and associated HSEPQA processes, including:

• Supporting HSEPQA, risk, compliance, assurance, and reporting activities.

• Assisting with requirements analysis, system configuration, forms, workflows, reporting, permissions, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system improvements.

• Supporting users, responding to system enquiries, resolving issues, and helping to build capability across the organisation.

• Supporting testing, documentation, and system enhancements.

• Maintaining reports, records, documentation, and training resources.

• Supporting onboarding, training, and capability development.

• Gradually develop the ability to independently administer, support, maintain, and improve the Noggin platform and related HSEPQA systems.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Systems Administration, Data Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience, training, study, or practical exposure to business systems, software, digital platforms, workflows, or business applications.

• Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence.

• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
