Our client is a well recognised NZ organisation and they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to step into a busy, fast-paced environment. This role will be providing support across a diverse corporate and technology portfolio, helping through a busy period for 6 weeks.

This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role supporting a busy, high-volume recruitment function across Technology, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing portfolios. Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing activities.Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver hiring outcomes.Coordinating interviews, offers, and recruitment administration.Maintaining accurate data and reporting within recruitment systems.Providing flexible support across the TA function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- Corporate recruitment experience, ideally from an in-house environment
- Ability to work across multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach
