The Opportunity
As Multi-Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Christchurch CBD and Riccarton stores — leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build high-performing teams across both sites and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, owning their numbers, and thrives working across multiple stores.
What You'll Do
Lead your teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising at both sites.
Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy across both stores and locally.

A base salary of $70,000–$80,000 (depending on experience) + KiwiSaver + product discounts
