Mr Murdoch's - Duty Manager - Full Time

The Pay & Role
- Starting on $31 - $35 per hour depending on experience
- Work 4-5 days a week, either Tuesday to Saturday or Friday to Tuesday, on a rotating 2-week roster, ensuring time off on weekends every other week
- Opportunity for the right candidate to progress into more senior roles

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for:
- You have experience managing a grunty venue with high sales in a gastro pub environment
- You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
- You are familiar working with bands and/or DJs and know how to create an awesome atmosphere
- You enjoy working nights on the busiest shifts and will do whatever you can to keep the party going and ensure sales are maximised
- Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
- A managers certificate or LCQ is required
You will:
- Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
- Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members
- Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
- Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take
- Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line
