About the role: We are looking for a reliable and organised Fleet Scheduling Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. This is an office-based role and requires working from our Māngere office, near the airport.
In this role, you will help keep our fleet running smoothly. Your main tasks will include:
Fleet administration: Help manage day-to-day admin tasks for the fleet.
Fleet records: Keep vehicle records accurate and up to date.
Fleet movements: Help organise vehicle movements so vehicles are in the right place at the right time.
Key criteria:
Available to work a fixed roster, including some weekends.
Available from September 2026 to March 2027 for a fixed-term, full-time contract.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Strong communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail.
