- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and ensuring every experience is a good one
- Maintaining a safe, well-presented store environment in line with Bridgestone standards
What We're Looking For
You'll bring solid automotive or tyre industry knowledge, genuine leadership ability, and a customer-first mindset. To be considered, you'll need:
- Experience in the automotive or tyre industry, with strong mechanical aptitude
- Proven leadership or people management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- A full, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence
What's on Offer
- Competitive remuneration package, including performance bonuses
- Genuine career progression opportunities within the wider Bridgestone network
- Full uniform, PPE, and structured on-the-job training
- Generous staff and family discounts and buying privileges
- A supportive team environment with a genuine safety-first culture
Why Bridgestone?
We're New Zealand's leading tyre specialist - and part of the global Bridgestone Corporation, a world leader in sustainable mobility. That means you get the security of a trusted global brand with the feel of a local team that genuinely cares about the people in it.
