Sie bauen etwas von Grund auf – nicht nur einen Job, sondern eine ganze Struktur.
Hier geht's nicht darum, in ein bestehendes System einzusteigen und Prozesse abzuarbeiten. Sie sind von der ersten Minute an dabei, wenn neue Operationszentren entstehen. Sie gestalten den Recruitingprozess so, wie er wirklich funktionieren sollte – ohne verstaubte Altlasten, ohne "das haben wir schon immer so gemacht".
Ihr Recruiting hat ein sichtbares und greifbares Ergebnis.
Aufgaben
- Von der Konzeption bis zur Betriebsaufnahme neuer Operationszentren übernimmst Du die Leitung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses.
- Für die Akquisition von Fach- und Führungskräften trägst Du die End-to-End-Verantwortung.
- Du baust ein Recruiter-Team aus Festangestellten und Freelancern auf und übernimmst dessen Leitung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement führst Du Bedarfsanalysen durch und erstellst die entsprechenden Stellenbeschreibungen.
- Aktive Sourcing-Strategien entwickelst und implementierst Du, wobei Du das Candidate Management auch bei hohem Volumen sicherstellst.
- Zwischen den Anforderungen des Geschäfts und der verfügbaren Personalkapazität sorgst Du für einen abgestimmten Ausgleich der Erwartungen.
- Regelmäßige Besuche an den Projektstandorten gehören ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie die Koordination der Vor-Ort-Aktivitäten.
- Du stehst im engen Austausch mit HR Business Partnern und Hiring Managern.
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting bringst Du mit, idealerweise ergänzt um einen Industrie- oder Operationshintergrund.
- Eigenständigkeit, Proaktivität und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Dich aus.
- Reisebereitschaft und zeitliche Flexibilität gehören zu Deinem Profil.
- Über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management verfügst Du ebenfalls.
- Mit Recruiting-Tools und Microsoft Excel gehst Du sicher und routiniert um.
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.
- Verlässlichkeit, eine ausgeprägte Ownership-Mentalität und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab.
