About the team

The EMEA Enrolment Based Partnerships (EBP) team works with approximately 60 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You’ll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You’ll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers and Campaign managers from teams around the world. You will report to the EMEA EBP Team Lead.

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about international education, driven to build win-win relationships, and eager to bring an industry-changing business model to the market?

As a Partnership Success Manager, you will have ownership of several university clients. You will work directly with them on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.

You’ll be intrinsically motivated to understand how international student recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Partnership Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT). You’ll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.

  • Responsible for approximately 500k EUR in revenue
  • You’ll look after approximately 20 clients
  • You’ll be happy to travel to visit them
  • Implementation and development of enrolment-based partnership campaigns
  • Strategic client consultancy on questions of international student recruitment
  • Presenting to clients regarding their projections & engagement reports
  • Enrolment data processing and quality assurance

Essential:

  • Educated to a minimum of Bachelor’s degree level
  • Client-facing work experience, with some (1-2 years minimum) sales work and / or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills that allow you to develop strong professional relationships and to communicate clear strategy with our clients
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong IT skills and confident in using multiple internal systems
  • Comfortable with numbers and confident in reporting findings
  • Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious!
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders to organise resources and analyse results to maximise delivery to our partners
  • A growth mindsight to ensure our partnerships go from strength to strength
  • Strong negotiation skills

Desirable:

  • An understanding of online marketing principles
  • Knowledge of or experience of working the Higher Education sector / International Student Recruitment
  • Experience of working in an international setting is preferred
  • Highly desirable if you additionally speak, French, German or Arabic
  • Competitive salary including a bonus and pension.
