As our Service Delivery Supervisor, you'll be hands-on with the team, supporting daily route operations, coaching our Service Delivery People, and helping deliver the reliable, friendly service our customers know us for. You'll build strong customer relationships, spot opportunities to grow the business, and keep the team focused on safety, service, and success.

You’ll bring leadership or supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and a genuine passion for coaching and developing others. You’ll be a confident communicator and problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude, a drive to achieve results, and the ability to spot opportunities that support both customers and the business. You're physically fit, organised, and thrive in a hands-on role where you can take ownership of your route and build great customer relationships.

Full training is provided, all successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks.

  • Lead, coach and motivate the Service Delivery team
  • Ensure daily routes are completed successfully
  • Deliver reliable, friendly service to customers
  • Support team performance and help achieve KPIs
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards and support continuous improvements
  • Ensure high presentation and service standards

  • Full Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving history + the ability to drive manual transmission
  • Strong reliability, honesty, and work ethic
  • Ability to lead a team and manage your time effectively
