Was Dich bei uns erwartet:
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Chat-, Ticket- und Voice-Automatisierungen.
- Du optimierst Prompts, Wissensquellen, Gesprächsabläufe und Eskalationslogiken.
- Du analysierst die AI-Performance und entwickelst Tests, Qualitätskontrollen sowie relevante KPIs.
- Gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen identifizierst und priorisierst du neue KI- und Automatisierungspotenziale.
- Zusammen mit unserer Entwicklung konzipierst du Workflows, Tool-Anbindungen und Schnittstellen.
- Du bewertest neue KI-Technologien, steuerst externe Partner und begleitest kontrollierte Rollouts.
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:
- Praktische Erfahrung mit generativer KI, LLMs, AI Agents sowie Chat- oder Voicebots
- Sicherer Umgang mit Prompting, RAG, Tool/Function Calling, Guardrails und Evals
- Gutes Verständnis aktueller KI-Modelle, ihrer Möglichkeiten und Grenzen
- Technisches Verständnis für APIs, Webhooks, Datenflüsse und automatisierte Workflows
- Analytisches Denken, ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Verständnis im technischen Englisch und die Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Zusammenarbeit vor Ort in Köln
