Unser Familienbetrieb ist ein 4-Sterne Superior Hotel mit 40 Zimmern, 6 Suiten, abwechslungsreichen Restaurationsmöglichkeiten, einer Bar sowie Wellness und Spa. Wir haben eine grosse Anzahl an Stammgästen und beherbergen regelmässig Reisegruppen aus dem nahen Ausland oder Asien. Eine hohe Qualität sowie Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sind sich unsere Klientel gewohnt, aber prägend sind der familiäre, herzliche Umgang welchen wir untereinander und mit unseren Gästen pflegen.
Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste, nehmen Sie die Anliegen unserer Kundschaft stets ernst und führen diese kompetent und verantwortungsbewusst aus oder geben entsprechende Anweisungen weiter.
Sie tragen mit Ihrer kommunikativen und gewinnenden Persönlichkeit täglich dazu bei, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen. Sie können sich in Deutsch und Englisch mühelos verständigen und auch die französische Sprache beherrschen Sie idealerweise.
Organisatorische Aufgaben (Check-in, Check-out, Erstellen von Offerten und Bestätigungen) gehen Ihnen leicht von der Hand und die Koordination von Reisegruppen macht Ihnen Spass.
