Title: Omni Channel Retail Executive Location: Auckland Fixed term 12 months Role Summary: eCommerce/Omni Demand is a major source of growth both for Colgate-Palmolive and our retailers. As we continue to focus and invest in online campaigns, the need has emerged for executional support of our brand presence and shopper activations on e-Tailer websites. The role of the Omni Channel Retail Executive will be pivotal in ensuring that the increased level of investment for online activation is executed flawlessly through excellent collaboration internally with our marketing and eComm teams, and externally with our online retail partners. Responsibilities :Manage the effective and accurate sourcing & delivery of our ecommerce assets including Basic content (Images / titles / descriptions / keywords) & Advanced Content (Above the Fold product thumbnails / Below The Fold content) so that our brands are engaging and flawless on retailer platforms. 1. Understand the different content flow for each E-tailer; develop efficient methods to ensure their sites are consistently up-to-date for both existing, and New Products. 2. Work with wider Commercial team to maintain flawless 6P+A standards across all retailers, and leveraging our data provider Edge to ensure that our brands are optimised on all retailer platforms 3. Treat NPD like a Bricks and Mortar store, ensuring an expeditious online presence at launch with the correct content in the right place, at the right time. 4. Support for Retail Marketing and eCommerce Commercial team, to execute flawless online Shopper activations: grid and lead-time development; asset delivery, plus white space opportunities (virtual bundling, eCom-only products & offers, new E-tailers) 5. Support the Retail and Brand Marketing teams to drive purchasing opportunities along the full consumer journey (ACPL) e.g. Social sites/advertising; brand sites, Video on demand. 6. Support Retail Marketing and eCommerce Commercial team to report on performance metrics, and bring to life through digital storytelling and impactful data visualisation. Required Qualifications : + Digital / eCommerce - be motivated and skilled in that space + High Attention to Detail + Ability to work under pressure with a Customer service mindset (internal/external) + Google Suite a plus but not necessary + Project management skills - ability to prioritise & work on many projects in parallel, deliver quality while managing speed.
