
Assistant Brand Manager
Imagine helping grow a portfolio of powerhouse brands, including Weet-Bix and Up&Go. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping the marketing, activation and growth plans of some of New Zealand's most recognised and trusted brands.
We're looking for an ambitious and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our Auckland-based marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging marketer to gain hands-on experience across brand strategy, innovation, sponsorships, campaigns and product development while working on one of New Zealand's leading FMCG portfolios.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the brand team, you'll contribute to the growth and success of one of Sanitarium's largest brands, helping deliver impactful marketing programmes that connect with consumers and drive business results.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Take ownership of key brand projects from concept through to execution.
Play a leading role in delivering high-profile marketing campaigns and sponsorship activations including Weet-Bix TRYathlon and Stat Attack.
Support exciting innovation projects including new product development, packaging refreshes and product launches.
Contribute to the development and execution of annual brand and marketing plans.
Coordinate integrated marketing activity across digital, shopper, events, PR and retail channels.
Partner with internal teams, agencies, athletes and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

You'll be someone who:
Has a genuine passion for brands, consumers and marketing (A university degree with marketing major, and 2 years marketing experience)
Brings strong project management and organisational skills.
Enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Uses data and insights to inform decision-making.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving FMCG environment.
Wants to build a long-term career in brand management.
