Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Elixir + React)
We're at an inflection point: proven product-market fit, scaling fast, and greenfield work ahead that will serve tens of thousands of users. Engineers here own problems end-to-end — from talking to veterinarians about their biggest frustrations, to shipping production code, to iterating on real feedback. You're measured by customer impact, not story points.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Drive product direction alongside customers and PMs — not just implement specs - Design scalable, elegant solutions in Elixir and React - Ship meaningful updates weekly, gather feedback, and iterate - Mentor junior engineers and define patterns that scale with the team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must-haves: - 5+ years building modern SaaS applications, full-stack - Ability to break complex problems into efficient, actionable work - Team-first attitude; strong communication in a remote environment - Empathy for customers — you care about what ships and who uses it
Nice-to-haves: - Elixir or Erlang (we love functional programming) - TypeScript and React - AWS (build, deploy, troubleshoot) - Relational database design and query tuning
