We're seeking a Chip Runner to join our road sealing team. This is a key role where you'll work alongside experienced operators and drivers to deliver quality roading projects in locations throughout the country.
The Role
As a Chip Runner, you will:
· Apply sealing chip as part of the sealing crew.
· Coordinate with chip truck drivers using radio and verbal communication.
· Operate chip spreader equipment using in-cab controls, displays, and remote controls.
· Support safe and efficient sealing operations.
· Maintain high standards of safety and quality on every job.

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Licence Requirements
· Minimum Class 1 or Class 2 Licence.
· Class 4 Licence preferred.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding, outdoor role requiring the ability to:
· Climb on and off trucks and equipment.
· Stand and walk for extended periods.
· Carry out repetitive manual tasks.
· Work in all weather conditions.
· Maintain focus and communication in a busy operational environment.
