The Optical Dispenser role seamlessly blends together fashion retail and healthcare. The diverse responsibilities of the role involve:

You and the team will work closely with our experienced Store Manager, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience.

  • Providing outstanding eye care and eyewear styling advice tailored to each patient and potential clientele who enter the store.
  • Dispensing lenses and frames based on the prescription of each patient, provided by our Optometrists.
  • Building meaningful and affirming relationships with our patients- give them a reason to visit us again!
  • Assisting with the opening and closing procedures everyday.


About You:
  • 1+ years experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years retail sales experience
  • Reliable with previous experience in store opening/closing duties
  • Strong attention to detail with basic mathematical skills
  • A confident, clear and proactive worker with strong communication skills
  • Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships with co-workers and customers alike
  • A go-getter with a positive and friendly manner, ready to provide customers with outstanding service!
