HBH Group is a not-for-profit, faith-based organisation dedicated to helping older people live fuller, richer lives. Through our homes, care, and community services, we support seniors to age well and stay connected.
We’re looking for a compassionate and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week).
About the Role
As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You’ll plan and deliver engaging activities and programs that promote wellbeing, independence, and a sense of purpose.
From creative arts and social events to gentle exercise and meaningful daily tasks, you’ll ensure residents enjoy a varied and fulfilling lifestyle tailored to their interests and abilities .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a diverse and engaging activities programme
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage participation
- Adapt activities to suit individual needs and abilities
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment
- Keep accurate records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with the wider care and lifestyle team
- Support volunteers and contribute to a positive team culture
About You
- Experience in aged care or a similar environment (preferred)
- Diversional Therapist qualification preferred (or willingness to complete the course)
- Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 3 or 4) is an advantage
- Compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with older people
- Creative, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Full driver’s licence (preferred)
