Workplace Technology Engineer
Two Circles is a global sports agency. We drive growth for sports properties by delivering deeper connections with fans, through the intelligent use of data and technology.
We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, AFL, Wimbledon, UEFA, Mumbai Indians, MCC, ECB and Cricket Australia – and have been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year on more than four occasions.
We are almost 1200 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
Role:
As a Workplace Technology Engineer at Two Circles, you will look after the tools and technologies our two circlers use remotely and, in our offices, to successfully rewire sports. We run a mixture of Windows and Mac devices and leverage a variety of SAAS applications across our 15 locations. Those sites have minimal on-prem infrastructure other than collaboration tech and 3rd party commodity networking to assist hybrid working.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, curious and absolutely not comfortable with good enough or status quo. Someone who hates the expression ‘we’ve always done it that way’. We want some who can respectfully challenge, collaborate and grow with us.
As a broader part of our Technology Operations team, this role works with our Service Delivery Manager, Support Technicians, Information Security and other data and engineering specialists to share knowledge and deliver the best experience to our wider business. This role provides ample opportunities to influence the direction of Two Circles Technology Operations strategy, own the delivery of a wide range of work, and further develop your own knowledge of technologies, systems, approaches and practices.
