About RWinvest

RWinvest is a leading UK off-plan property investment company, helping clients identify and invest in high-quality buy-to-let opportunities across the UK.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are creating a new team of Associate Investment Consultants to engage our existing investor database, understand client requirements and introduce qualified, interested investors to our experienced Investment Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong telephone-based sales, lead-generation, customer engagement or appointment-setting experience who enjoys building rapport and creating opportunities. You will be confident, energetic and commercially aware, with the ability to ask the right questions, understand a client’s motivations and create interest in taking the next step.

Key responsibilities

·         Contact prospective investors by telephone, email and approved communication channels.

·         Deliver a clear, engaging introduction to RWinvest and off-plan property investment.

·         Build rapport quickly and provide a professional, positive first experience.

·         Ask effective questions to understand investment goals, budget, timescales, preferred locations and funding position.

·         Identify suitable, motivated investors and secure quality screenshare appointments, viewings or consultations.

·         Manage follow-up activity and re-engage investors who are not yet ready to book.

·         Keep CRM records accurate, including call outcomes, client details and next actions.

·         Handle initial objections confidently and  professionally

What we are looking for

·         Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.

·         A natural ability to build rapport and adapt communication to different clients.

·         Strong questioning and listening skills.

·         Positive, resilient and energetic candidates, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm across a high volume of calls.

·         Target driven, organised and attentive to detail.

·         A genuine interest in property, investment, finance or client engagement.

·         Experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, estate agency, mortgages, finance, insurance, automotive, recruitment or another target-driven environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

What we offer

·         Competitive basic salary plus attractive performance-related commission/bonus.

·         Full training on RWinvest, off-plan property investment and effective qualification techniques.

·         Ongoing coaching and support from an experienced sales leadership team.

·         Clear progression opportunities into an Investment Consultant role for high performers.

·         If you are a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating high-quality investor opportunities, apply today to join RWinvest as an Associate Investment Consultant.
