Make your mark by transforming customer data into personalised experiences that strengthen customer connections and deliver measurable outcomes. As our Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Insights and Product teams to build, test, and optimise customer communications and engagement journeys. You’ll use advanced SQL, customer analytics, audience segmentation, and marketing technology platforms to uncover opportunities, generate actionable insights, and improve campaign performance across digital, direct marketing, social media, and multi channel customer engagement initiatives. Working with customer data, CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, you’ll help drive activation, retention, and long term customer value through data driven decision making.

For this role we’re looking for a customer focused marketing analytics professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful customer outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Proven experience using customer data within database marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or customer insights environments
- Proven advanced SQL capability and confidence working with large customer datasets
- Experienced in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
- Strong skills in databases, data discovery, data mining, and analytical methods
- Experienced in audience segmentation and delivering personalised customer communications
- Strong ability to perform in depth analysis and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Confident in identifying opportunities, risks, and improvements within complex and regulated environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
